We just had another great experience with Colony! After having our roof replaced and leaf guard gutters installed, we had Colony put in new sliding glass doors and create a shiplap accent wall in our family room that turned out beautiful. The entire team is great to work with and they ensured that we were satisfied throughout the process. We already have plans for our next project.

I recently called Colony Construction & Home Improvements about doing some work on my home. I had 4 separate jobs that I needed done. The owner of the company, Herb Paynter, came out and observed what I needed and the next day, I received a detailed estimate of the work and the costs to do the work. I was very pleased with the costs and I called the company and accepted the estimate. The job was scheduled for the next week. That Monday morning, promptly at 8:00 a.m., two Colony Trucks arrived and the men started the jobs. I could not have been more satisfied. The work involved wrapping the wood on the exterior of my home, installing a toilet in one of my bathrooms, installing an exhaust fan in another bathroom, and installing and painting hand rails to my front porch. They completed the work timely and when they were through, they cleaned everything up, as if they hadn't even been there at all. My brother visited me that weekend and he said the first thing he noticed when he pulled up in the driveway was the wrap job they did to the exterior of the home - he thought it was beautiful! I am so happy to have found Colony Construction & Home Improvements. I have an older home, so I know there will be other jobs that I will need to address, but now I know I can call Colony Construction & Home Improvements and they will take care of me promptly and honestly. If you need any work done to your home, you won't regret calling Colony!!

Our new roof and dormers have completely changed the look of our Cape Cod style home.nnWe went with a black sable roof tile and our roof looks absolutely phenomenal. Great company top to bottom. New detached garage, new pool deck, new front and back doors, wrapped the wood trim on the entire house, new gutters and new vinyl shutters. Herb made the contract process quick and easy and was very professional. Jeremy couldn't have been easier to work with. He was on top of every task thrown at him and very punctual with all dates given. Answered every question I had very promptly. All workers on site were thorough and professional. I give the company an A+, and am completely satisfied with all work completed.

I contacted this company for an estimate to fix the exterior trim. They came out and spent less than 5 minutes at my residence which included taking pictures. After several requests and three days later I received a call from the estimator. He stated that it would be $9,000.00 to fix the exterior trim and replace the roof. I never asked for a new roof. The roof was replaced 4 years ago due to a fire. I attempted to explain this to him but he was extremely rude and nasty. This company declined the job because I don't want my entire roof replaced.They stated that they can not complete the job without replacing the entire roof. I should not have to pay for an entire roof to have the exterior trim on my home replaced.
