We stayed here for a girls night/birthday party. From the moment we checked in we were treated with the upmost hospitality. The front desk staff was so nice. Tami especially went above and beyond for our stay and we certainly appreciated it!
I booked a room for 2 days for my birthday for half the time the TV didn’t work and then the wifi was out the entire time. I couldn’t do anything!! And the day staff guy didn’t care at all he shrugged his shoulders and offered no incentives. I also called corporate to file a complaint and that turned into nothing as well. I guess when you have a huge brand the small individual customer doesn’t matter.. the hotel was nice but the customer service needs to match.
Nice, clean facility. Great staff who are both professional and friendly. Breakfast provided, muffins, fruit, juice, oatmeal. If you have a car, this hotel is a better choice than Marriott City Center.
Wouldn’t give them 1 star if I could. First off, room still had rose peddles behind the couch and floor. Room wasn’t clean at all, and I don’t understand when there is COVID-19 out here. Also staff stole from me when I left my room. I made a complaint and nobody seemed to care !! NEVER GOT MY STUFF BACK NOR MY MONEY
The room and the location was perfect. Can not wait to stay again!
