I have stayed in Hampton several times over the past year as my son is stationed there. Hands down this is the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is clean and inviting. There is nothing negative...THANK YOU

This was an awesome experience. The staff was amazing and I must point out Ms. Wanda and Mr. Monte. Always a pleasure and was there every step of my 13 day stay. Also I wish I could remember the housekeeping lady and young man assisting her ( he always addressed her as Ms... he was so respectful and just as helpful with my needs. The entire staff was amazing and accommodating during my unexpected visit. I felt the sincere compassion that Ms. Wanda shown during my visit, not just to me however her kindness to everyone that entered the Hotel in my presence. I just want to say Thank You to all for all the assistance provided as well as a clean safe stay...Renea Edwards

This Hyatt Hotel in Hampton, VA was very nice and clean. The problem is it seems like they are lacking of acoustical insulation. Friday and Saturday seem to be party days in Hampton, VA and rooms were occupied for parties. Not just any parties, but NOISY parties!!! People were running and yelling outside of our door, and the lobby was overrun by party goers who were all laughing and talking real loud up until passed 3 in the morning. We had to drown the noise with the TV (acting as white noise), so that we can get some sleep. There people staying upstairs who were stomping on the floor (because maybe they had nothing better else to do?). The parking lot outside smelled of skunk (someone was smoking weed the 2 nights that we were there). As much as we liked the rooms and the staff, we’ve decided to take a pass on this hotel on our next trip to Hampton, VA, and maybe you should too, unless you like not being able to sleep and the smell of skunk.
