The only thing good things I can say about this hotel are that the room was quiet, the staff was nice, and the price was relatively cheap. The breakfast was minimal and cold, and they didn't even have a working toaster. The hallways stunk (the room did not.) Our beds were made but it appeared no other cleaning was done the entire time of our stay. Many things in the hotel were broken or in bad shape. The indoor pool was very cold (although clear) and people were constantly coming in and out because both of the adjoining restaurant's restrooms were out of order. The in-room safe would have been handy, except the front desk said they've lost all the combinations, so none of them are usable. While this hotel is in a nice location, and the staff were friendly, I would never stay here again, as it appears the owner/management quit investing money to make this a decent place to stay a long time ago. Don't let the attractive facade fool you.

This was by far my shortest lived hotel experience. We attempted staying here but pretty much walked right in and out (after paying with a NO REFUNDS policy). I got a weird almost creepy vibe right from the moment I walked in. They stuck us in room 453 (ONE OF THE FARTHEST ROOMS FROM THE HOTEL ENTRANCE) which normally isn't a big deal but getting there was quite a hike with our luggage. We walked through warm outdated hallways / passed a pool I would never swim in to a sketchy elevator. On our way up to the room we noted it actually getting WARMER in the elevator. Upon arriving at the top floor we realized how unbearably hot it was in the hallways and hotel itself. The carpets on our floor were stained and gross. The hotel room was a little cooler but still very hot. There was a cob web hanging from our bed to the ceiling (I'm not kidding). The walls in the room and much of the hotel were once painted white but were pretty visibly dirty. I was put in a stinky smoker friendly room (I don't smoke). Before I even went to the hotel I tried calling to notify them that I was arriving before normal check in time and was traveling from far away (NY), the women who answered was very unhelpful. I'm contacting my credit card company to try and get my money back as we decided it was not okay to stay at this hotel and had to pay to stay elsewhere.

Like the previous reviewer has mentioned, this place deserves a Negative Star Rating. I honestly don't know how this hotel is still up and running. When you enter to check in, there's NO REFUNDS sign up front. Now that's a red flag right there. The whole place smells like a giant ASHTRAY and it is so pungent that it lingers EVERYWHERE. There was a missing button by the elevator so if you wanna go up, you gotta press really hard for it to work. There wasn't enough towels in the restroom, old TV, no water provided, etc. To summarize, this place is simply DISGUSTING and you might as well just take your money somewhere else. It is not worth staying here!

Worst place ever don't let the pictures on the website fool you. There was no continental breakfast, the hallways were very hot and smelly our first room smelt so bad we went back to the front desk and complained, my husband told them it smelt so bad he looked under the bed for a dead body. The girl at the front desk was really nice she gave us 2 keys so we could pick our room. The only good thing was the pool my grandson's loved it. When we went out for dinner ever time we came back we had people asking for something. Will never stay there again needs a lot of work.

Rooms and hotel are truly dated. Not a racist but if I would of known it was ran by foreigners, I would not of stayed there. Rooms were not clean. Toilet, heat, and light broke. I took a team and they found used codems in there room. Slept in my clothes cause I didn't feel clean. Please stop being cheap and update your rooms and pay your maids better.
