Very Truthfull and prices are awesome

One of the guys there was GROSSLY rude to me. I don't remember his name, but my salesman was Kevin, so it wasn't him. Short guy wasn't helpful and acted as if he didn't want a black woman speaking to him.nnKevin on the other hand was nice and made my experience flawless.

Went in with my wife to look at a cross country tourer, salesman could not have been less helpful. I asked multiple questions about service intervals and features. On 3 different questions the answer I got was “what does it matter” or “nobody has ever asked me that”.nnStorage pockets and half the saddle bags were locked, asked for the key to open them and the salesman told me to just “imagine” how big it is.nnOkay.... well thanks for the help.

Everything from the pro shop to the bikes. Most of the salesman are good, Kevin I believe is the best. My main go to shop!

Cycle City Corp was great. They were fast, responsive, and straight forward. Didn’t give me the run around. Got me exactly what I asked for and made sure to get me the best prices possible.
