The man behind the counter Christopher W. made my experience a fantastic one! From the time I called and spoke with him on the phone, to my arrival. Between helping after locking myself out of the room and giving me directions around the area. It seems he’s always working. He is the right guy to be in customer service! This will be where I stay anytime I’m in town. 6/5 stars if possible.

My family and I were booked at this hotel because it was pet friendly. ( we had a leak that damaged 2 floors of our house so while our house was being fixed we needed to stay at a hotel ). Our 12 week puppy chewed a very small amount of the carpet. When it happened we immediately told the front desk because “ honesty is the best policy” right? . Well the staff member working that shift saw the pictures and told us to email them so she can discuss it with her manager. She then calls later and states because of our honesty and how small of the carpet was ruined there “probably” won’t be a charge. Fast forward a week later and we get an email from the general manger letting us know that they reviewed the pictures and will be charging us $200. Yes I understand it is our fault that our puppy chewed up the carpet. But do not miss inform clients. They should of stated “ I apologize I’m not sure what the conclusion will be but we will let you know when I speak to our manager.” In addition, while construction is happening at our house and parts of the house are completed we began to pack up some items to move back to our house. This hotel calls our insurance company and states that it seems like we have moved out ? First and foremost, our insurance company is paying them. It’s not like we are a charity case and living there for free. This place is money hungry and they need to retrain their staff members. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to spend all your $ and have them stalk your stay.

Nice professional staff, no faults with room, good sack breakfast included bagel, yogurt, granola bar, and muffin. They haven't replaced and updated the room, but they've maintained it well and it's still in good shape.

It was not as great as I thought. I am a handicapp person after having back surgery. I have a therapy dig and in order to take my dig out, I had to come out the back door and walk the dog all the way around the building to the back. There’s is NO back exit. You say you accept pets, which is a great thing, but no supplies to pick up after your dog therefore some people, just leave the poop. It’s disgustingnRooms were okay but need updating. Being so close to a military facility, and Interstate 95, you would think Marriot would invest some dollars in updatingnTv was limited

The young lady that works the over night shift is AMAZING. I learned this was her 2nd job and yet she had a smile on her face even atn2 am. She made our stay.
