Non smoking room smelled like smoke, shower water had no pressure and then the shower did not drain. Bed was hard, not enough towels and no shampoo which they say is available.

The first thing I did when I got to my room was kill 10 roaches
Under new owner. Very nice and clean. Staff was friendly at check-in. Has been updated since our last stay several years ago.
I did not actually stay in these rooms. I was just a witness in all the mess that happened while visiting. A few people I traveled with stayed in this hotel. Both had issues with their water. One person's water barely came out of the faucet and shower. The other person water came out in spurts. One person's room smelled as if a dog and smoker lived there and it was a non smoking room. The bed in one of the rooms were so used it looked like it was on the floor. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to care when complaining. Don't get me started on breakfast. They advertise breakfast but make enough just for the workers down the road so your out of luck if you like to eat breakfast. I took those at this motel to my hotel so they could have breakfast. I know I won't ever stay hereand I am pretty sure my family won't book again either.
