Courtyard by Marriott Chesapeake Greenbrier

Hotel was easy to check in and the hotel clerk did accommodate me with no problems on my room request. The room was a king bed w a sofa and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Really I have no complaints about the hotel the only thing I noticed was that it is quite outdated and could definitely use remodeling. The tv did allow streaming apps to be accessed from it which I thought was cool. I do recommend.

Great customer service and the lady at the front desk was extra sweet she held my sons wheelchair until we were able to get it moved, we were not staying on site and it didn't matter..nnMarriott is simply the best

I want to give this hotel a negative 100.nWhen waking into the hotel the customer service person was loud and in her phone in a room that she could see from the front desk. She had very poor customer service skills. When checking into the room doing my normal checks the room was very dirty and the bed had blood all over it. I’m thinking why don’t the hotel think that people will lift up the sheets to see that blood was all over the mattress, hair on the mattress and sheets. This hotel has poor house keeping. When calling down to the front desk to explain to the young lady Z who was the attendant at the time. I never received a answer. When going down stairs back to the front desk what do I see. Z all loud on her phone laughing. When telling her the situation, she like oh well we booked we have no other rooms. Mind you I’m away from home. No rooms, no accommodation. Stuck with no hotel. I will never stay at this property or a hotel that’s connected to them. When calling corporate, I explained to them the situation and what happened. Someone called me back a day later saying we will refund you is that it. I asked them how else could I be accommodated being that my family and I had to be miss placed. They said well we gave you your money back. Ok that ok but that should have accommodated me better due to the fact they messed up and have beyond poor customer service person and people who don’t know how to clean. So just know it should even be way more cleaning done with the world being in Covid. When thinking you want to book at this slump hotel run ud83cudfc3ud83cudfff‍♀ufe0f ud83cudfc3ud83cudfff‍♀ufe0f ud83cudfc3ud83cudfff‍♀ufe0f fast.

I stayed at marriott Chesapeake & they kept taking $10 every day off my card .then I seen two roaches behind the microwave then told me I couldn't stay after 14 days after I made those complaints dust balls under the dresser that had the phone! got to do better!!!

No television for my son. Due to Covid restrictions the pool and Bistro were shut down too.nAlso, you could smell the pot being smoked in the other rooms too. This hotel seemed to be the place to party on the weekends. Unfortunately, other places were booked for the weekend otherwise I'd have switched.
