The guy at the desk was very rude. I accidentally locked my card in the room. I understand the 5 dollar fee to replace the card and had no problem. The people here need to learn to respect people especially when you approach the situation being polite.
I stayed two night two different days. It’s very old fashioned needs to be upgraded. The ac does not get cold no matter how long you have it on. The front desk owner is rude he throws the paper and pen at you. My faucet did not have a handle to turn on the water at the sink. The rooms really stink. I would recommend anyone stay here.
The room was clean, the bathroom is modern, nice flat screen TV...I am able to sleep with no noise or incident and come home to see housekeeping did a good job in cleaning the room, maintenance man is well knowledgeable. Weekly rates are reasonable
The manager is very rude no customer service skills in a customer service business. Don't won't to give you a receipt when you pay the rooms are ok but has roaches and waterbugs.
