This has been a wonderful experience. Clean rooms, elevator access to upper levels. Good selection of breakfast items. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when in Portsmouth.
This place is great for the price! The rooms are clean, front desk staff was pleasant, even the housekeepers are nice! Tip your housekeepers! I'm glad the place I was gonna go to stay at ran out of rooms. I got a great price and there was a desk and chair in the room which I needed to work remote. There was another hotel that was my go-to whenever I come back to Portsmouth, but this will be my new one.

This is not an awful motel. It's dingy, beat up.. Not awful. The kitchenette has no utensils, cooking tools, soap or cleaning supplies - you are expected to supply those. There were cooking tools behind the front desk but nobody I spoke to (three people) would let me have them. I was not woken up by parties during my stay (not over a weekend.) Some outlets in the room did not work. The
