Nice :) Rooms are clean. Noise level from other rooms was non existent even with 3 young children stay next door. Desk, desk chair, over stuffed comfy chair, 6 drawer dresser, microwave and fridge. Couldn't ask for more. I really enjoyed my stay ud83eudd17

There was a bug in bathroom. We spnSlept on top of the blankets cause it looked like nobody changed the sheets. And IT SMELLED.... we didnt look for another room cause we were extremely tired

The 5 star rating goes to Cheryl and Ken who are staff members who are genuinely kind and caring people! The rooms look very cozy, clean and flattering but bed bugs are an issue I believe unfortunately!! I think since IDOC send probation & parole clients here all the time and often pay for a month (for some but not me and my daughter) they should most definitely contribute into helping this place get up to the potential it has been and can be!

The water temperature fluctuated dramatically while taking a 10 min. shower, The towels we're supper rough and the ice machine was broken. But the young kid at the front desk was very nice.
