The guy at the front desk was really nice, and the room was alright. The AC works great. No bed bugs. Refrigerator and microwave works.You definately get what you pay for, though. It's an old building that's obviously seen a lot.nWORD OF ADVICE: Make sure you take the decorative bedspread off the bed before sleeping. Ours was stained and gross. We also had to make it a point to ask for housekeeping to get us towels and take our trash out.
Very dirty, smugged hand prints on mirrors, un vacuumed floors with visible hairs, large dirt clumps on bathroom floor, tissue box holder had visible goop on it. Super stain shower curtain. I wanted a refund immediately after check in, the general manager refused. I left and booked a room at a different hotel. I wish I could post photos Price was $70.00
Travel in was a great place to stay staff was awesome and considerate and helpful definitely would stay here again
On my last night there I found what I believe is a bed bug. When I showed it to the owner / manager at the front he shooed me away and out the door I went. The owner appears to get defensive and almost hostile very easily, the cleaning lady smiles and is very friendly and helpful on the other hand. The place also smells bad and it's dirty/in need of repair.
This motel may only be a one or two star motel but I have to say the room is a five star I have been in Marriotts and Hiltons that have not been as nice it needs a little more remodeling and touch-up in the room but for the price I have paid three times as much and not got as good a room that part is wonderful
