It's a rough place. There are a few good people. But mostly a rough crowd. If you want to own your own trailer that's a fixer upper it's a good place to start. Definitely cheaper than buying a newer one. Good luck.
This place needs to be better taken care of. The roads are bad, the mobile homes are in bad shape and cost way to much, lot rent is overpriced. People deserve to be treated better and not taken advantage of by the owner of the trailer park who clearly have no interest fixing anything for anyone. Very sad.

Everything was clean and taken care of. The only thing you definitely have to watch out for is small children playing in the street.
Used to be the manager of this place. Sad to see the state that it is in years after I have left.
