Following a thorough inspection of my home’s aging roof, Joel discussed his findings with me and outlined my options, as well as estimated cost of replacement. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in explaining the scope of the recommended work, which I very much appreciated.

The entire experience from bidding, scheduling the work to completing the job was a pleasant experience. I have an old house and had 3 layers of roofing. I'm super impressed with the Fox Roofing crew. They were polite, courteous, fast and put a beautiful roof on my old house. It looks so absolutely beautiful and my house looks so much better. It only took 2 days to complete the job. The crew was the most hard working, reliable and professional team I've ever experienced in my 22 years of home ownership. I've hired many contractors before and this was by far the best experience ever. Fox Roofing also fixed a number of problems on my old roof such as updated flashing around the chimney and the gable of my house. I even got the chimney flashing for free. This is incredible! Also, Tammy in the office is the nicest most helpful person ever. I called multiple times with questions and each time Tammy exceeded my expectations. And finally the roofing crew cleaned my gutters and my entire property around the house. There was not a single nail or debris. My yard is cleaner now than it was before they started the work. They even picked up my leaves around the house. After the job was done a Fox Roofing inspector came over and did a walk through to make sure I was happy with my roof and that my yard was clean. The inspector was very professional and explained the roof tiles and what they should look like in cold versa warm weather, also my warranty and that I could contact them with any concerns. He also explained future maintenance if any is needed. I have to say, I was originally dreading to get a new roof. I knew I was due but hadn't wanted to do it. I had been worried about the dazzle and the money. But I got a great affordable bid and the quality is outstanding. Plus the entire experience was really pleasant. I highly recommend hiring Fox Roofing for the job. And lastly I want to say this is a regional, local company. I feel good about doing business with a local firm, especially during these times we live in.

Fox did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters. We had about 10 years of moss and debris built up on the roof, and our gutters hadn't been cleaned in probably about two years. We have a single-story house with two extensions, so we have a lot of roof, and their men spent all day--half of it in the rain--thoroughly cleaning every inch. Now it looks like new. I joked with them that the next time we need roofing work, we'll definitely call Fox, but they did such a good job, we probably won't need them for another ten years :-) Can't recommend Fox Roofing highly enough.

After getting three quotes from local businesses Fox had the best prices for the needs we had. Every single employee we encountered was polite, professional, and kind. The finished roof is perfect quality and absolutely beautiful. They even threw in extra’s. I am so happy we went with Fox Roofing.

Overall, we are happy with the roof and the ventilation added. Tammy, the installation coordinator, is timely in her communication and goes above and beyond to resolve issues that crop up. You can also tell, Tim, the owner really cares about customers. The thing we are disappointed with is the cleanliness of our yard. We have spent the week since the roof was installed cleaning up roof, tar, and nails. I even found a piece of roof with a nail sticking straight up. I realize it’s hard to clean up every last piece of a double tear off, but the amount left behind was not acceptable.
