Wonderful company to work with. From start to finish they were very efficient and easy to work with. I would do business with them again.

Replace tar paper roof with vinyl and added a typical gutter system. Very happy with that part. Also replace a rotten wrap around deck with a vinyl deck. I was leery about a vinyl deck, but love the easy of cleaning and it is much more beautiful than I imagined. Very happy.

A BIG huge thank you to Mike and his team. First, Mike actually returned phone calls - no other roofer I left messages for did. He came out, gave me the estimate, explained the process, and answered all of my questions. Amazingly, they were able to squeeze in my roof repair job quickly. The NW Building Specialists crew were great, they arrived on time, finished earlier than expected, and did an incredible job. Later that day we had a good rain storm hit the area and no leaks!! I am so grateful to the entire team for their help.
