The room had a bad smell so bad we had to go get candles and room spray. The beds were so uncomfortable I only slept for 4 house. That resulted in a horrible day snowmobiling. The snowmobile trail was nothing but slush and everyone was wreaking. We saw at least 3 wreaks not including ours. I over heard the guy that runs the snowmobiles say, the trail were a bit dangerous and that he was canceling reservations after the 15th. The only good things.... The staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good. The lady that gave us our snow suits was AWESOME!!!!!nI’m giving 1 star because of the room and for letting us all go out on the trails knowing how dangerous it was for everyone out there.
I had a business meeting in West Yellowstone. I have not been there in 10 years. I talked with both Jon & Lisa & they took care of me. The service was amazing! The place was clean. The food at 3 Bear Lodge was outstanding!
Older rooms & beds weren’t very comfortable, however I must give praise where it’s due. I would 10000% return here just due to the friendly and accommodating staff. Every single person I interacted with here was extremely nice and helpful
Love this place! You could almost call what 3 Bears offers all inclusive. Yellowstone snowmobile tours, lodging in the cutest clean rooms, and coupons for free breakfasts and a dinner. Their restaurant is delicious and they give you a free imax movie ticket as well. We will be back as we have decided this is our new winter tradition.
If your going to west Yellowstone this is the place to stay. Clean and comfortable room with a bar and restaurant. Great meals!
