When I arrived at the Super 8 after a long 10 hour drive, I realized I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong night. Addie was incredibly understanding and immediately offered a solution. She gave me the contact information for Expedia to cancel the reservation, offered to honor the discounted price for the night and was so kind throughout the entire check-in process. I’m so grateful to Addie and will definitely stay here again next time!
Super nice people at the front desk here. Makes it feel very welcoming. Price is great as well for short and long term stays. Washer and dryers available. You can buy everything from frozen dinners,sodas and ice cream in the lobby. So much parking which is great since we have 2 cars and you need a key to get into most doors. The beds are super comfortable and it was very clean when we came in!!
To start, Addie was great with our reservation. When we arrived she is even more helpful in person! Housekeeping is doing fantastic work too. It must be difficult in an older building.
Clean room friendly staff
Genuinely impressed. Pulled in here after 12+ hours of driving and the front desk service was exceptional. I believe the lady behind the desk's name was Jennifer, but I could be wrong. I was second in line to be checked in, and she was really going above and beyond with the first guest. She ended up doing the same for me. Very personable and helpful. All in all, a great end to an exhausting day. I'd stay again.
