Western Heritage Inn Travelodge by Wyndham Bozeman

My daughter came down very ill on our vacation, the staff at the motel went out of their way to get us into rooms we could stay in despite being booked! We were able to take our daughter to the hospital and rest easy knowing our family had a place to stay so far from home! Max was amazing! A big thanks to all of them for helping us!! The rooms were huge and super clean very grateful for you all

After 2 nights here, we checked out and went to another hotel for our remaining visit of 3 more nights in Bozeman.n2 Star for excellence staff.n3 story with no elevator.nAC units are too small and not enough watts to keep room cool or warm.nNo coffee pot or even cups in room.nNo ice bucket, because there are no ice machines or vending machines.nTV was very small.nHairdryer couldn't dry 1 hair.nCarpet in room was so stained and gross from being so old. Had to wear shoes the whole time in room.nOur room was so old and out of date. Hall ways were just as bad. Old musky dingy smell. Nothing cozy about it. Our only view was of peoples back yards that were so unappealing. Who wants to to view back yards.nPrices made no sense for how old the hotel is. Prices are the same as other hotels in city, however other hotels are worth it. Others are very cozy,, beautiful, classy, have free breakfast, and so much room.nHow can you charge the same, when this hotel is not up to par. The most guest should be charged is $80 per night.nI'm writing this not to be negative, but to let hotel realize that a huge remodel is desperately needed. If budget isn't available to remodel, than prices should be reduce.

Edit: After posting my review the hotel manager called me directly. She assured me that most of the amenities the hotel offers is available if requested. She had an ice bucket and coffee maker delivered to my room... Although I think leaving it outside my door on the hotel floor defeats the purpose of claiming it is for sanitation purposes that the room didn't come with these items in the first place. I was able to get my room cleaned about halfway through my stay and I was given new towels then. In the end, I did not rebook with this hotel for the 11 remaining weeks I will be in Bozeman and unlike Western Heritage Inn, the other hotel charged me exactly what they quoted me and there were no additional hidden fees. Furthermore, the other hotel is continuing to offer all amenities (even a take away sack breakfast) and shockingly a bit cheaper and not any further away from all that Bozeman has to offer. Do your own homework and decide for yourself. Good luck!nnThis is a prime example of a hotel taking advantage of Covid. There is zero housekeeping regardless of how long your stay is (mine is 12 days). Getting clean towels and linens is proving impossible. The hot tub and sauna are closed. There's no breakfast. No cups for coffee at the front desk either. My room has no ice bucket although there is an ice machine on the first floor. To get my garbage emptied, I have to leave it in the hallway. Guess how that smells. Save yourself and go somewhere else because with all the minuses, the cost is still the same.

Close to hospital, friendly, courteous and helpful employees. Clean and quiet
