We stayed a 2 bed, 1 bath cabin. Although ours didn't have a kitchenette like we thought, we had the best time. Our cabin was very cozy and well insulated. I will stay here going forward!!
Worst room set up for a family cabin! Two beds are in the living area. There is no ability for evening activities or privacy. The lighting is terrible, there are no local TV stations available. We ended up on the second floor and there was no indication in the reservation that was possible. The steps were old and dangerous. The heating and cooling system didn’t work and the jets in the ridiculously oversized bathroom didn’t work! It is very expensive for the type of resort. We would not recommend this lodge!
Location in west was good. Only place with 3 queen beds. But floor uneven. Water heater only good for one shower. Shower heads suck. Carpet stained and looks like it wasn't vacuumed very well. Beds comfy but sheets had holes.
The location was great, that is basically what you are paying for. The cabin itself was nice however for the price I will not ever return or recommend to anyone. The cabin still had a dirty floor and clearly had not been cleaned very well. There was a knife from the last customer still On the floor upon our arrival. The wifi is also only available is one secluded indoor location. Probably not a great approach in a pandemic.
Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything in West Yellowstone, very friendly staff, and comfy cabins!
