I bought many bike parts for my 3 y/o giant mountain bike from here and they treated me well! So when i went to buy a bike for my girlfriend folletts is the place i went. I got a medium blue giant, and it worked great! We brought it back for the free one month check up and they found a faulty frnt shifter. They replaced the bad part for a new upgraded one!!!!!!!! I couldnt be happier with this place!!!

Folletts is the best. I’ve bought a few bikes there and would go nowhere else. I take my bike there for tune ups and its always as good as new when I get it back. Great people and always helpful.

Just got into town on Bike Tour from South Dakota, got in right before they closed, ran over some thorns in the sidewalks! I changed my tire as soon as I could and called them and asked them if I could pump my tires really quick! They said no problem and helped me out as soon as I got there! Very impressive and very polite! Much appreciated guys!

Rented bikes from Follett’s, the customer service was good and the prices reasonable. Great bikes that worked well for a few hours. I would definitely recommend
