Smith's Food and Drug is a great place for grocery shopping pharmaceutical needs hygienic needs and Etc. Also have a great variety of goat cheeses crackers and jams and I love to get. If you're looking for a place to pick up some quick snacks or even do your weekly grocery shopping I would definitely suggest Smiths.

It would Be wonderful if Smith’s grocery store in Bozeman Montana would open up more than TWO cashiers in the store at a time! Even on the weekends there are only TWO cashiers that are opened. (I thought I was at Walmart ud83dudc4e) Smiths try to encourage self check out which myself and others do not like. I asked the manager at Smith’s grocery store why only two cashiers were opened, her answer was were trying to encourage self check out, nothing to do with the Virus. I will be returning back to town and country grocery store to shop

Visiting from out of town and came in yesterday with my boyfriend and daughter, found everything perfectly fine. I forgot the cashiers name but I know she and Paulette were working together!! They both were extremely wonderful!! Conversation was soo much more then I regularly get from people. But they both were very kind!! Keep up the good work ladies !!

Since partnering with Instacart, Smith's has really gone downhill. If you're lucky, you get an Instacart shopper that knows what they're doing without randomly substituting (good shoppers ask you over text, most will randomly replace items).nLots of times, they deliver to the wrong house. Not all of them. Most are wonderful; fast and efficient. Our house is not hard to find.nOn 3/14/2021 I placed an online order for 6 items. 4 hours ago, even with a reserved slot for 2 hours. No biggie, I figured they were busy so I waited. The system however says it was out for delivery 3 hours ago.nNow, I get it. Instacart is a third party. I was clearly reminded of that by a blunt customer service representative. They gave me Instacart's number. I've been on hold, for over 40 minutes. Their representative is at least trying to resolve the issue.nI can't even cancel the order on either side.nSmith's, for the sake of future business, either host delivery in house and pay employees a fair wage for it, or don't advertise this service. I used this service a lot cause they were the only ones to deliver to my house.nNow that Winco is open, I'm switching to them.

It's like shopping at a mini mart. Their variety is very limited. And they are always out of products. The worst inventory of any grocery store in town. And forget getting waited on in their meat department. No one ever there!
