This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. It sounded like a dryer or washer was running all night long next to our room.nThe pool was open until 10pm for kids and there were a ton of teenagers. Adult swim started at 10pm! Who in the heck wants to drive all day and then wait until 10pm to swim/enjoy the hot tub and then drive the next day?nThe bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The blanket was as thin as a hospital blanket. There was a stain on the bed cover.nThe bathroom was tiny.nThe breakfast in a bag was a joke! They didn’t get our order right and there was very little food with no options for a drink.nThere is not an ice machine on each floor.nnThe only positive thing I have to say about this place is that there is as a microwave in the room.
I absolutely recommend this place to stay. It feels like home away from home. The staff are amazing and the rooms are great. The beds are some of the best I have slept in. During this time of uncertainty with covid, the experience and pleasure was all mine. I can not wait to visit the christal Inn in the future.
The grounds are nice and clean. All of the employees and maids are friendly. The rooms are spacious, smoke free, sanitized and plenty of hot water. Everything in the room works, and ample parking for even those truck driving bobtails! If you’re parked at either truck stop, and want a room, stay here!!
Nice clean large rooms..located right on I-15 for easy access .
I'd highly recommend this hotel !nThe staff is incredibly wonderful!nSpecifically a women named TINA and I actually went out of my way to write this review.nI will be back not only because her incredible customer service but her energy made me fill more then comfortable. ud83dude0a
