Have stayed here multiple times for work. Always clean staff is always great. Last visit had multiple issues with fire place staying light needs replaced as soon as possible. Kayleigh (sp?) Was amazing relighting it 40 times. Deserves a raise in my opinion.

Very clean n friendly place, looked like probably had great rooms too.
The room and view were amazing, so I have no complaints with that. However I have a registered service dog, bought the express deal on PRICELINE, so I didn't get to choose a hotel location, and when I left I was charged $50 for a pet cleaning fee. My service dog did not mess or damage the room in any way. I have contacted both agencies on how we can resolve this matter and was sent donnotreply emails. I am just disappointed, I haven't used PRICELINE since.
Absolutely wonderful. My wife and i have stayed at this branch in California and now Great Falls. Staff was extremely friendly, quick and efficient. Was a very enjoyable stay, and will be staying again without question.
