Just hoping they show mercy and letnus stay trying to offer up gas money home as a deposit.... with out that gas money l will have to sell myself or something just to eat and get home....so I can stay in great falls to support my mother in the hospital..nPray for me I hope they give me the deposit back
Ok. This one has the potential to be either a good or bad experience, depending on your level of preps you make for a hotel decision and willingness to make requests on your own behalf when unsatisfied with what you are presented with. I found out the hard way, that, in spite of the day and age we live in, there is a smoker's lounge on the high number end of the 3rd floor. This makes the entire 3rd floor smell like it is a smoker friendly hotel, even though they do not allow smoking in the rooms. The walls in the hallway and the rooms on the 3rd floor are scandalously dive bar status. This said, they did offer to switch me to a room on 2nd floor, and it was acceptably clean and in good shape for a fairly old hotel. It smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were acceptable. The service at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. (Possibly too pleasant...... Fake, overly helpful pleasant. )nAll around, after the initial room adjustment, it was a good bargain for the 60 bucks I paid for a night.
Very friendly staff, super nice people. Stayed 1 night as ive stayed here before years ago because it's Pet friendly but expensive, this trip when i checked in an got my room i found a bug in my pillow another on chair then 2 spiders in bathroom before i even brought in my bag so called front desk they moved me at once to new room. But couldn't sleep cause sounded like a non stop party next door till 330am then banging doors barking dogs basically it was super loud hotel. Next day Breakfast was good just cold sack lunch egg toast yogurt and tiny orange juice. Bath tub was very dirty scratchy sheets and towels. Wont stay here again. So staff is 5 star amazing. Overall Hotel conditions 2 star. Price for hotel 2 star. Room was half a star but locations 3 star.
The rooms were clean and stocked, very comfortable and relaxing! Only a few minutes walk to the mall, and other businesses, restaurants, casinos. The services are great!! I recommend this motel for everyone!!
I've spent 35 years in hotel management. This place is great! Very clean. Extremely friendly. If I'm ever in Great Falls again, this is myplace to stay.
