This is a unique spot for sure. The huge area to hold an event of ANY size as it has two levels to take advantage of, anything from receptions to job fairs. A little noise from the event space that bleeds into your room when a big party is going on but nothing that ruins your time.nnThe lobby offers a small coffee spot.nnThe staff throughout is great, very attentive.nnThey have an attached restaurant/casino that I’d say serves food a level or two above typical bar food. Portion sizes are pretty good too, ask for the nachos and you get a mountain of chips, meat, and cheese! The prices are very reasonable too. My recommendation is try the wings!nnNo complaints here. They offer all the basics that a hotel should, with some extra value in the event space, coffee shop, and attached restaurant/casino. I’ll be using them again for both dining and stay-cations. Give them a try!

Please consider cleaning the rooms better. For $118 dollars a night, I expected better.nWhen we first got to our room, I noticed that the air conditioner/heater hadn't been wiped down in a very long time. I have allergies and didn't bother to turn it on.nThe hot water valve under the sink was turned off. There was someone else's take out container in the microwave full of food. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging down, and there was hair in the bathtub from someone else.nThe window sill hadn't been cleaned since the air conditioner had been wiped down.nThere was a spot of blood on the bedspread and a broken bed spring in one of the mattresses.nThere was a silent auction held last night in the the conference center. Had I known about it, I would have stayed elsewhere. The parking and noise from it were terrible.nnI don't want to be completely negative about our experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This place was sooo nice! Huge! My kids and I got lost regardless of the map. The long halls reminded me of the Shining but the hotel room was sooo nice! The bathroom was very nice! The lobby was wonderful! Unlimited coffee! Great staff! We really loved our stay!

Heritage Inn is by means the only place to stay in Great Falls, MT. Restaurants, Bar and Grill, Coffee Bar, Large indoor Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna, etc. Rooms are clean and so very comfortable. Service is superior from front desk to cleaning staff, etc. The price is very reasonable truly wanting to giving more than receiving on their part.

Wasn't a fan. Won't stay there again. Run down building, not secure. Loud, too many people. Proximity to airport not worth it.nGot two stars because food was good in the restaurant and the front desk staff were friendly.
