This place was fabulous! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great fitness Center and pool with hot tub! Our room with a double sided fireplace and jetted tub was perfect. The only downfall might be the bed. It could stand an upgraded mattress. But otherwise our 4 day stay was beyond perfect.
God's hand ! Attend a funeral,for a young man who will be in our hearts. We chose best western as our comfort zone and it was really a good place for us . The pool and jacuzzi were a little rough and colder than I expected,but I get it. The hospitality was great
This is our go to motel in Great Falls. We have stayed here multiple times, and it has been a wonderful experience every time. We usually are traveling with 2 dogs, and the occasional cat has been it tow as well. The staff is always sweet and helpful, the rooms have ways been well stocked, and if we ever need anything else, they happily provide. Our first visit we used the pool and hot tub, it was very clean and well maintained as well. Any time we need a place to stay in Great Falls, this is always the fail safe, always reliable place. No matter what room you get the bedding and beds are all the same- so if your like me and dont sleep well away from home that's an added bonus lol.
We reserved a riverside room with a balcony. When we arrived, the staff stated that we reserved a street side room. There were no riverside rooms available for us to get into to. Talked with other people while walking the dog and at least 3 other people experienced the same thing. Staff were unfriendly when trying to resolve the issue. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and it was sufficient for what we needed. Staff were the issue.
Nice view of river and clean rooms. Not impressed with staff though. We reserved a suite with fireplace and once we arrived we were given an extended stay room with kitchen. The front desk said that was all they had. If this was the case they should have told us this at the time we made reservation. We would have chosen another motel. We did not have the romantic evening I had planned for my wife's birthday.
