Residence Inn is fairly standardized. Room is okay, view of parking lot was superb. Hallway and room had sour smell for a few days, which room keeping addressed. Breakfast recently started again, typival cereal, eggs, etc. never understood why andouille sausage, rather than bacon or links. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and exercise are by appointment only still and for no more than an hour.
Great outdoor and pool area, simple but decent breakfast options, laundry and full kitchens. Great for an extended stay.
Nice people. No mask OK. You can breathe. Free breakfast!
Excellent location, nice service and very helpful breakfast service folks. Maintenance on room appliances was not that great. Microwave was busted and we had to have it exchanged. Thermostat was busted and will not heat up the room unless it was pushed to 76degrees. Shower head was messed up. Previous residents tried duck tape and wire to get the water to flow fast. Requires maintenance to thtoughly check appliances and do the necessary fixes for all the rooms.
The place is old and ran down. Housekeeping is very nice but the girls at the desk are very rude. If you need something they act like you are bothering them especially the red head. Not highly recommended.
