The check in was great. Went in the Room there was no wash cloths, hand towels or bath towels. No big deal, went to the front desk and they politely gave me some. About getting ready to take a shower, there was a used bar of soap on the soap tray in the shower with hair on it. The next morning I was going to make coffee but the coffee maker was so nasty on the inside of the water reservoir that it could not be used. For the price it could have used some better cleaning. The toilet seat was close to coming off. The light inside the door of the room flickered constantly. Maybe the manager doesn't spend enough time checking on the rooms.
Good stay
This place was pretty good, we got two rooms. Our room was great, their room was in disrepair. They had lights with no covers, and we had a much brighter bathroom. They expect us to keep our towels for 3 days at a time to conserve energy, but all the towel bars were ripped out. The ice machine on the first floor was broken, I had to go to the 3rd floor for ice.
This hotel is very nice clean rooms very comfortable but way overpriced on the weekend especially if you're working and on a budget!
Would give negative stars if possible. Booked and pre-paid for 2 nights through a travel site. Didn't get there until 9pm and was told there were no rooms. Front desk was completely unapologetic and uncaring.nWent back for night 2 and got the same result. They obviously gave away my room
