Exceptionally clean, spacious rooms, well appointed, windows front and rear for flow-through ventilation, exceptionally well-maintained buildings and grounds, great view from balcony in front of our room, good sound insulation when windows and doors are closed, central location. Mattresses need updating and breakfast would be excellent if it wasn't left under heat lights for too long.
Crashed here for a night while on a Grand Canyon road trip. Staff was friendly at every stage. Guest rooms are quite roomy, which was a nice surprise. The free breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, though they are handling COVID-safety issues well as they transition away from the buffet style of olden days. I got a great price, for sure. If you can get a good deal here I recommend it if you just need a room for a night or two, nothing fancy/special.
Best Wester Prescottonian is the absolute best place to stay while visiting Prescott.nnClean everywhere, excellent location for seeing other points of interest in the area, great staff (always happy to help and advise) and scrumptious breakfast.nnVery good value for the money.
This location was very nice. Had a nice big room that was maintained very well. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Had no complaints as hotel staff was so nice and accommodating no matter who they interacted with. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Breakfast was good considering the changes that are necessary due to COVID. They had a good variety of items available.
Had one of their balcony room. It was a beautiful day so enjoyed the outdoors for a bit. Staff was friendly and would accommodate any special needs for a room. Cooked to order breakfast in the morning was delicious. The line for breakfast was a bit long but no surprise there considering the social distancing going on. The cook stayed calm, cool and collected. Breakfast could be made to go or if you could find a table you could sit and eat there.
