Our last chance at getting a room here in Prescott, apparently there is a soccer tournament and all of the motels are booked. We happened to call Rodeway Inn and to our surprise they just had ancancellation. YES! we drove over and the gentleman at the front desk (Kevin) was friendly, knowledgeable and fast at doing his job, customer service oriented, above all he made us feel like family. Thank you.
This place was Awesome ! Great staff. Great management. Even the guests were all friendly. Loved staying here. And would recommend to anyone. And would definitely go back anytime !!!
Probably adequate that this is a 2 Star Hotel. Rooms were clean enough although a little outdated. Exterior of property is in dire need of upgrade. Very run down and many areas could use a coat of new paint. Parking lot needs a good sweeping (lots of cigarette butts.
Stains on sheets and hand towels - gross. Had to sleep fully clothed. AC started making this loud noice in the middle of the night. It woke up the people to the room next to ours because it was so loud. They came outside to see what was happening. We had to turn it off completely. We were up at 4am and packed up and got the heck out of there. The front desk lady was very friendly at check in.
Rooms are decent. Bed is comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet being off a busy road. Will stay here again
