Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown

I like my food with atmosphere. Not like your eating at Jack in the Box, this is supposed to be an upscale restaurant. You are paying upscale restaurant prices. It felt like I was in a cafeteria. It felt like exactly what it was a restaurant off of a hotel lobby. My steak was possible, my wife with dinner was so unmemorable and tasteless that I can't even remember what it was. She was very dissatisfied. I had to send the big potato back because it was so hard I needed a knife to cut. The replacement came after I had finished eating. I highly recommend that you avoid this place At least for dinner.

What a great place to stay!nI was in town for business and got this listing through Hotels.com. I read where Hilton Garden Inn is located (a mere two blocks from downtown) and decided to book all four days of my time in Prescott - a decision I’m so happy I made.nUpon entering the building I was greeted immediately by associates welcoming me and was quickly checked in. The lobby is expansive, clean and decorated beautifully. There is an on site restaurant and bar w an extensive menu and delicious offerings of which I did order from to take back up to my room a bit later on my first evening. I was tempted to dine in the eatery as it was quite inviting w such a lovely setting though it was packed w people and still being careful during a COVID pandemic, socially distancing was/is still a priority for me so I passed.nMy room was large, clean and well appointed w many outlets, lamps that offer different types of lighting and two chairs and a small bench for seating. On two of the nights of my stay it snowed and it was a delight to sit in the occasional winged back chair and watch the parking lot become a winter wonderland from the warmth of my room.nThe hotel has a laundry facility, work out equipment, an outdoor pool and offers snacks and drinks for sale in case you need a little something and don’t want to leave the property.nI’ll be back in Prescott for business again in a few months and plan to stay at Hilton Garden Inn, my new home away from home!

Brand new, very nice hotel. I wished the windows opened. It has the new hotel smell if you're into that. Has heated out door pool, restaurant and a good view of town so that's cool. I would also recommend staying in the Hassayampa if you want a true Prescott experience.

Hopefully just working out the bugs. Our food was pretty but none of it was cooked properly - steak, chicken and pork were all very underdone, the potatoes were undercooked as well. The meal took nearly 2 hours to receive and we had to ask multiple times for drink refills. Brought all these issues to staff to little avail.nWill try it again, I believe they have a good vision, just need time to iron it out?

Great hotel. Walking distance to the town square, and Whiskey Row. Bar was open, and the staff was awesome. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable
