Walgreens Pharmacy

Not sure why this place is so poorly rated! Just switched to this Walgreens pharmacy from one in Phoenix ordered a prescription I needed called them up and they asked if I needed it soon. Replied that I needed it ASAP and the pharmacist said they will make it right then and there! Within a 10 minute drive I had my prescription. Very efficient and well done!

I would give a zero star if that was an option. The person who assisted me at the drive through was slow and did not know what he was doing. I waited at the window for over 20 minutes while he ran around the pharmacy doing who knows what while I sat in my car with the sun baking me in my own car and actually got a slight sun burn. After asking several people to help him, still acting quite confused on what he was doing, finally was able to give me my prescriptions. Thankfully I did not pass out from heat exhaustion. I will never use Walgreens again!

I called ahead for a flu shot arrived at 9:00 am. I was the first in line for a shot they said they would be with me shortly. That turned into 45 minutes maybe more. They waited till 6 other people showed up to get a flu shot. Then to top off my experience they took the last person first I had to make a effort to get in there ! Rude to say the least.

ud83eudd2cud83dudc4e~~ This Pharmacy is beyond one of the worst pharmacy’s I have been to yet! They are ~~ALWAYS~~ OUT~~ of you most important medications you need and don’t tell you till after you have waited the day to pick them up. So then you have to find another pharmacy that has the medication and wait to fill it, but that’s only after you have went through speaking with two different people over the phone at this pharmacy.. with them being super extremely rude to you as if you are the moron. Every single time you call here, for some crazy reason, you must explain why your calling to the first first and then they transfer you to “the pharmacist,” when at that time your told your going to have to repeat what your calling about... only to be told that your going to have to come pick up your script and take it somewhere else or wait till more comes in and they are not sure when that will be... awesome... thanks for your time people..the first person could have told me that.. . it’s like what in the world is a pharmacy tech trained for? Just to run the register?? Because I can run a register a lot faster then these people because every time you come here there are at least 5 cars in line because the second lane is never open and inside there are normally at least 5 people in line because there’s only one register open and sometimes that person running the register is working both the drive up and the walk up.. this place is horrible,.. I don’t normally complain or do this kind of thing,.. but I just got off the phone with them and waiting patiently for “more to come in” after 3 days of waiting... I’m just going to go pick up my script and bring it else where because they were once again rude to me even tho I have been patient and nice and waiting,.. I just wanted to know when they normally expect delivery,... and after 4 yrs of going to them and being treated this way,.. there’s only so much a person HAS to deal with... if you decide to still go with them,.. good luck to u,.. may seem fine at first,.. but if I could have given them a negative ud83dudc4e I would have....
