Great service!! The staff great. The room wasn't bad at all. I Stayed for one night I definitely wouldn't mind coming back.
All around great experience. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious with alot of options. I recommend this hotel 100%.
Staff was excellent and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
First off when we arrived at comfort inn on 2/15 everything was in order able to check in with no problems until we get up to the room and it was frigid ice cold. Husband and I booked the room on booking.com about 2 hours prior to our arrival which they had plenty of time to warm the room up before we got there. This was is Sterling colorado and it was only 4 degrees outside. So after my husband and I got the heater going everything else was okay until about 10pm when we receive a memo under the door regarding that the pipes had burst in the pool and the water was shut off in the whole building. Which we had no way of flushing the toilet, washing our faces or brushing our teeth and take a shower. I find this unacceptable due to instead of knocking on doors to inform your customers face to face on what was going on and second they didn't even offer any bottle of waters so in case of the water was not turned on by morning that we would have been still able to perform hygiene care. I think that this was very poor customer service. I understand that things happen and they are out of your control but they didn't go out of their way to make the situation any better. So with all this being said I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMFORT INN IN STERLING COLORADO TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BOOK A ROOM THERE. THANK YOU
Stopped in town for one night. Check-in was very smooth. Gentleman was very friendly. The bed was AMAZING! The TV size was awesome! Breakfast was good. ONLY PROBLEM......DO NOT stay in room 109. It is right next to the side exit door and stairwell. I kept getting woken up by the door slamming and footsteps going up the stairs. Other than that, I would definitely stay again (just not it 109). ud83dude0a
