Super cute, clean hotel. Every stay has been a wonderful break in a long day, with comfortable beds. Pool, hot tub and exercise room are open.
I was involved in a car accident over Labor Day Weekend where myself and a group of friends were left stranded in a dust storm in Ritzville. We arrived at the Bronco Inn desperate and distraught from what happened, and needed a place to stay over night since our cars had been totaled. Even though the Bronco Inn was sold out that night, Nicole (Head Manager) took us under her wing and provided us beds, towels, and endless amenities in a conference room to help us with our situation. With the help of Nicole and the rest of the amazing staff, we were able to feel safe. I won't forget the hospitality, kindness, and selflessness provided by those helping myself and my friends at the Bronco Inn that day. Thank you Bronco Inn Staff for all that you did!
Nicole and staff were incredibly hospitable and generous in hosting us last minute after our group got caught up in a pileup due to a dust storm. Despite not having any room availability on the short notice, they quickly provided a conference room with roll away beds, towels to shower, and even arranged pizza delivery for us. Calling the staff saints would be an understatement. Great people, great service, great hotel - would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Ritzville.
My stay at the Bronco Inn was exceptional. Nicole should voted employee of the month every month. She goes above and beyond in every way imaginable to make sure you’re being taken care of!
This was such a nice clean place, there were grab and go choices for breakfast and the pool was open 24 hours! It was so nice!
