The lady who checked us in was very friendly and polite.. She had Amazing customer service ... The rooms were really clean and quiet... Once inside I couldn't hear anything outside.... Needs were comfy... Had a shower/tub combo and a half dryer in the room... Will definitely come back to stay when we're getting away from Buena Vista ud83dude01nnKeep up the Great work

Love the Magnuson Hotel, not jaw dropping cosmetically, but cleanliness is excellent and well managed. This location is very central to Manitou Springs city center, as well as Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs. Always happy to stay here.

Horrible experience! I had a reservation for 4 nights at Magnuson Hotel in Manitou Springs, CO. My itinerary said check in after 3 pm. When I arrived, it was about 10:45 pm. The place was closed. I tried calling several numbers with no answer. The next day I called the hotel and was told that I was charged as a no-show. I asked for refund because I had no notification that they would be closed and also was at the hotel trying to keep my reservation. They didn't care at all that I would cancel the other 3 nights stay so that they could dig their heels in on the other 1 night. I have a copy of my confirmation and itinerary with no mention of a closing time. They would not budge, and when I asked for manager name, they gave me the name Hugh. I called Hugh when I got home from the trip, and he was extremely rude on the phone. I've never had someone who is supposed to be a professional talk to me that way. He was mocking me, telling me that he wouldn't give in to my 'whining'. I will never stay there, and would never recommend that anyone stay at this place.
