Cute cabins. Close to Antero, Spinney and Eleven Mile. Kenny the caretaker went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Had a blast exploring the property and the river. ***Bring water, there is a spring nearby and lot of sulphur***

It is a beautiful place the water takes some getting used too. Beautiful views and the sun is so bright. Will like to revisit later.

Do not expect what you see or read on their website! It is nothing like that! The cabins are very outdated and not clean at all! Mouse poop in the closets and spiders everywhere! Can’t fish because the grass is so tall who knows what’s in it! The outside of the cabins are not kept up on huge piles of straw and outgrown grass in front there were snakes! Very disappointed! Very over priced!! Called to get some TP and paper towels there was none when we got there and no answer. Left a message and nothing! Water smells like rotten eggs. If you are looking at a place to stay go to the little general store! Oh and the WiFi is terrible still had no service. Also paid for them to bring us a gallon of water since we can’t drink theirs and nothing.

This was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. First of all it was completely unorganized we were told this was a camp ground, which was a lie. We were told we could find a spot on the river and put up a tent. On top of all of that we were told we might not be able to have a fire.nWhat is camping with out a fire?nHow are you supposed to cook your food?nThankfully they had a grill but it was the tenants personal grill.nAnyways we spent $100 for a random spot on the river which we could have done free.nnFurthermore, The cabins were completely out dated and filled with spiders ( not clean at all). We were able to use them for restrooms and showers but no one knew which cabin was available for us or where the key was...

I took me and my whole family and wer had an absolutely fantastic time. The accommodations were clean and rustic and the caretaker was so nice.
