Really awesome place to stay. Stayed there for a week. Greg and Tracy helped us out a lot! (They are amazing!) Gave us a great view since we were staying longer, and accommodated us to be able to switch to a pet room once we got a dog. ❤ufe0f good breakfast and fun environment. Close and convenient to a lot of things.

Staff was really nice and helpful about giving us tips of things to do in the area. Rooms were clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. This is a good place to stay for a short trip. Yes there are some repairs that need to be done like the floor cracks and old elevator but it is close to downtown and acceptable for a couple night stay. These reviews had me thinking I was going to get murdered here! They’re horrible. I felt very safe the whole time and liked the area. If you’re looking for an alright quality hotel, just book this. It was everything we needed.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was totally fine and the breakfast was quite big.nnEspecially I would like to thank Avery for her help. I forgot my passport in our room and found out about it when we were already a 12h drive away. She helped us have it picked up by FedEx quickly. Finally it arrived in time, so our travel could continue according to our plan.

We arrived at about 9:00 at night. Drove in from the airport in a snowstorm, being totally exhausted from traveling... to find that our reservation had somehow been cancelled and our room given away. We were promptly given a different room and the gentleman at the desk PROMPTLY apologized and got us situated. Once getting to our replacement room, we find a few things wrong and I call back to the front desk... Same gentleman that checked us in answered and, upon hearing my complaints... which were actually quite minor, he once again apologized promptly, instructed us to meet him back at the front desk, so he could get us into an appropriate room. When we got back to the lobby, he again apologized and, escorted us to our new room... which is a suite! He was so sorry for the issues and problems and, absolutely did everything quickly to make it right! THAT is how you do business! He definitely earned our respect, gratitude and return business!! I believe his name was Gregory. He was amazing!!

I got locked out of my apartment late Sunday night, had to quickly find a place to stay overnight. Came by Quality Inn and Diamond the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and kind while getting me into a room. Outstanding service and the room was pleasant as well.
