Oh. My. Goodness! I've never wanted to live in a hotel more in my life! Breathtaking views, outstanding hospitality, home away from home room with a fireplace and couch. Hands down one of the best places my husband and I have stayed!
The ‘king’ beds are actually queen sized...added to everything else 50 dollar valet and 50 ‘resort’ fees/ day buyer be aware. Room service and food was awful all around. Good location!! Nice rooms!
Awesome resort if you're staying in Vail. They have a heated pool and hot tub as well as a second, adults only hot tub. The fitness center is the best I have ever used at a hotel. The restaurant is good and the prices are decent for the resort town. I highly recommend you get a fireplace suite as it really makes a difference after spending all day outside in the cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is located about two blocks from the Eagle Bahn gondola and is within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping address.
Wonderful experience. Owen (front desk)is simply amazing ! With such beautiful landscapes and visuals the hotel itself is breath taking yet with such great attentive and accommodating staff such as Owen it really makes the stay even better.
Decent hotel. You may not get the room you pay for. We booked a room with balcony, but were told upon arrival that they didn't have any more rooms with balconies left.nThe spa is great. Views are picturesque. Location is great.
