Family owned and operated, friendly family, funny personalities. The rooms are very clean with various sizes; they are maintained well throughout your stay, perfect location for travel into Aspen. Also, family members are eager to answer questions and direct your party to fabulous restaurants & entertainment!
Very disappointed. We checked in for two nights and left after the first night. The first room we were put in had a leaking roof. There were soaked towels on the floor and a garage can collecting the water right in the entry way. They handled it quickly and switched us rooms because they had forgotten that this room had a leak. The new room qe got put into was right next door. We ran into problems when we went to shower and the water was pure rust. We couldn't shower or brush our teeth. We tried to run the water for twn minutes but it was still pretty golden color. The next morning we went for breakfast and thats when we decided not to deal with it anymore. There was very very limited selection. One type of muffin some coffee. No toast no waffles. Very lack Lustre. So we cancelled and switched over to comfort inn which ended up being a bit cheaper for weekend prices for nicer rooms and the breakfast is 10 times better!
Hotel is okay and pet friendly. However, the front desk girl with ponytail and black eyeliner was cold and rude without any customer service training. She didn’t seem obliged to greet her customers at all.
Wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower. Very nice.
Don’t need an alarm clock here. If you like waking up each morning at 5:30am, this is your spot.
