One of my favorite hotels. Received a free room upgrade.nnThe pool, hot tub, and fireplace were all very nice. Great service the entire time we were here. Rooms are beautiful, with a nice bath and shower. Loved the views from the balcony

If you think it’s four seasons as you expect to see nice and refined- just read this. Very average, old fashioned, shabby 3 star hotel. We are staying here right now.nI’ve seen many great hotels with the nice ambience, style and the great vibe- this hotel stands aside. So if you have high standards - please- just don’t come here, the price should be somehow justified. Pure 3 stars.

Wait staff seemed annoyed we were there, but having the best hot chocolate I've ever had made up for it. Presentation was outstanding, but the taste was out of this world. It was the richest, creamiest, fullest hot chocolate I've ever had.

Best hotel in Vail! Wonderful restaurant, we LOVE apres cocktails by the fire. Rooms are immaculate and their spa is amazing! We stay here every time we come up to the mountains!
