Hyatt Residence Club Beaver Creek, Mountain Lodge

The hotel was clean and quiet. Due to Covid there is no daily housecleaning. Must leave trash out daily between 9am-11am. The hotel is walking distance from the slopes, food, and small market.nnThe only disappointment with the hotel is you only get 2 sets of towels during your stay. Any additional towels cost money. Wished we knew that beforehand. If you staying for a long period of time like we did please bring or pick up your own towels unless you don’t mind being charged for towels.

Zero hospitality, service and privacy. The staff is so poorly trained that an employee just walked into our room. We were shocked! They said they didn’t know it was a guest room. When checking into our home resort there was no greeting, the clerk just said “name....credit card”. I asked for a parking pass for my daughter who is seven months pregnant The manager said they had no idea how many parking spaces would be available and she could park at the base of the mountain. We have been owners for over two decades and have never been denied a pass on our week for the second bedroom. Of course they know how many reservations and spaces they have. Then when I got to the room I called for a coffee creamer packet and was told they no longer gave these out due to their renovation plans, and that their services have remained the same. Wrong. This property use to greet you with a smile and actually use your name when speaking to you. It use to provide coffees teas etc as well as breakfast and fruit during the day.nnAfter the unacceptable experience of an employee coming into our room I took pictures of the half empty garage to show that the manager just arbitrarily chose to say no to customers. These people no longer know what business they are in. The manager and the staff need training.nWe felt uncomfortable at our own home property, the Hyatt Mountain Lodge.

What an amazing place to stay and experience!! So much to do in the Beaver Creek area. Great shops, ice skating, the little market will have what you need (it is pricey), the restaurants were great, and the views and overall cleanliness of the resort is absolutely great! Our room was a two bed room with full kitchen. Perfect size for a family of four. I didnt even mention access to slopes! Literally a small walk to get to! We look forward to coming back!!

Great resort and excellent location / the staff is super food and services great / you will not be disappointed / good during ski season and summer months a year round top shelf location

It was a magical stay. The accommodation was beautiful and top notch.
