Fun place, but average.
Hotel was fine. The valet parking was kind of silly. Room was very nice no issues with anything. Pool was spectacular with awesome views from all over the hotel. This is in West Vail which is much less congested than Vail proper. Would definitely stay again.
Service at the restaurant was very slow. Took about 30 minutes to be seated than 10 minutes to get served coffee and water. It wasn't until we had to ask our waitress twice where our food was that we got served 45 minutes later. Food was great though! I'd recommend the breakfast burrito.
The customer service was amazing! When we had an issue with 3rd party booking, the manager David Tracy immediately starting working on a resolve. Not only did he get us a room at a great rate, he also sent us a bottle of wine to celebrate our engagement! Thank-you David!
Location is amazing. Easy to get off from highway. Parking isnt the best. Valet only. Hotel had an amazing lobby. Our stay wasn't up to par however. The carpets looked old. Perhaps due to ski traffic. They had no toiletries (shampoo and soap) setup for us. There was a cracked sink. The lamp shade was broken. The bed was really comfortable though. Would stay here again for location. It's next to a Safeway so can grab groceries pretty quick.
