I took a ski trip with two of my sons (both 12) last month to Vail. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Staff was courteous and responsive to all of our needs. Shuttle was timely and well managed. Ski equipment locker also ran smoothly. Attached restaurant (not directly affiliated with hotel) convenient, reasonable cost, and excellent breakfast with good dinner options. Highly recommended.
We just got back from spending 4 nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle was super easy to use and very convenient to go skiing everyday. The equipment valet made it easy to store your gear at the end of the day. The pool was good size and had warm water that was a lot of fun for everyone. The hot tub was great too. Free parking was awesome.nnNo complaints during our stay!
This hotel was absolutely stunning, the rooms were great, there is a bar in the lobby as well as a fireplace, and a restaurant connected to the hotel which was quite nice. There’s also a shuttle to the ski places such as Lionshead, and the views were fantastic, room was very clean and comfortable and all-around amazing experience. What was most incredible was the service. Being from out of town the staff helped coordinate with us and answered every single one of our questions, and we were very confused. They put all of our questions to rest with informative answers and incredible hospitality unlike no other. I will be back and I was incredibly impressed.
It's been over a month since I stayed at the Highline and with every passing day I just wish I could go back. It was as close to heaven as I've ever gotten. The staff is absolutely incredible, particularly Rachel and Jasper. They were extremely responsive with emails and phone calls prior to the visit and so attentive during our stay. This is hands down an amazing property for the value...my jaw dropped when I saw it is only rated 3-star. The lobby is beautiful, the attached restaurant, Westside Cafe, is very good, and the hot tub outside is fantastic. The views from the room were incredible. Whenever I come back to Vail it will be here. Thank you for making such an unforgettable experience. See some of the photos showing how Rachel and Jasper went above and beyond with coordinating and executing room decorations, food, and drink the night of my proposal!
We had a wonderful time at this Doubletree. Natalie, Jasper, and Rachel were extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional. The location is great ... right next to a couple grocery stores and a gas station and minutes from the lifts. Of course, the warm cookies are always a treat. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I hope we'll be back next year (if not sooner).
