The staff are friendly, this is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars.nnThe beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. The amenities are minimal. It was difficult to get the front desk on the phone to answer basic questions. Ski in ski out is not as easy as it sounds. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk to the lifts, and the walk back to the hotel is mostly uphill. For the price paid, I’m incredibly under-impressed. We have stayed at cheap motels with better beds and amenities.nnMaybe this is a covid fluke, maybe this is normal. Either way, I’m not impressed.

Highly recommend Pines Lodge! We stayed 5 days here for my husband’s 50th birthday, and staff made a card/signed their name with the bottle of champagne! That’s was so sweet and thoughtful. This hotel has all the amenities you need for your ski/snowboarding needs. Jeffrey and Haillie were amazing! Rooms were big, the view was spectacular, and we loved seeing the Mountain View everyday! Transportation lift were spot on, and it made it so convenient to get to the lifts! We would definitely come back again!

The host (s) were friendly and helpful. A beautiful place. Rooms were cozy with quality bathroom soaps, shampoos and such.

Amazing hotel with an equally amazing valet department. Every interaction my group had with these gentlemen they were kind courteous and extremely helpful. Good group they have there.
