Gentleman working the counter today around noon was so helpful. I am very happy that Alamo believes in customer service and their staff goes above expectations. Clean cars and very rapid customer service. Thank you!

The employee (white 30 ish Male) who was very prejudice refuse to help me with a question on a double charge from Alamo to the point where the Sheriff was called and a incident report was written up and the Alamo employee was going to get arrested cause he refused to give the Sheriff his real name so I can report the issue to Alamo. The other employee (female older 50 ish white lady) was just a rude and helped every white person that came to the counter but us and she even asked the Sheriff to move aside when they was questioning her co-worker. Ps the Sheriff was not white so that's probably why they was so rude to them. Never again

I made a reservation for a rental car for pick up at Alamo today at 1:00. It was confirmed. I had let my free ride go to get my own car. The rental agent told me he only had suvs available and would not honor my$69 one day quote or give me a car. He estimated a 2.5 hour wait. He wanted to charge $148.81. I spoke to Harrison, who could not guarantee it until after 4:00pm. Very disappointing.

I rented the car at Vail Colorado airport. It is an extremely small airport. with an extremely limited number of cars. I was given a large luxury Infinity SUV upgrade, which was great. Although I am typically very satisfied with the service, I had 2 issues this time.n#1 - The car was dirty. The closest car wash was more than 20 miles away.n#2 - When I returned the car to Denver airport, the guy there tried to charge me more than double the price. This was shocking!nI will guess that these issues are something that is not the norm.
