Front desk staff was very friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The chair in our room looked like it had some old gum stuck in it. Very reasonably priced and easy to access location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Was here for 8 days. Yes I had a suite so my total was almost 1.2k but it's worth it. Especially traveling for work like me the suits have a living room a shower and bath a whole vanity room and they even have rooms to accommodate for wheelchair accessibility. Staff treat you with respect as long as you show it back . No problems at all .
I spent a wonderful 3 days here recently and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Exercise room was awesome, super clean facility, peaceful and calm, and providing amenities the best they can during COVID restrictions. All for a sweet price. I highly recommend this stay.
I got a hotel during the snow storm for work in the area. It doesn’t say anywhere that they aren’t serving breakfast or their bar isn’t open. So I left work starving and assumed I could get food there. I was wrong. My options were cereal, no milk, oats with no microwave, and a $3 granola bar for breakfast. $100 a night and I had to search elsewhere for food. Pandemic or not, there’s no excuse for poor service “for safety.” Please. Beds are fine. Better off going to a motel.
Very Comfortable. The Staff were extremely friendly! Paul the hotel manager was very accommodating! Have to give kudos to Daniel at the front desk (overnight) as well.. he went above and beyond letting me borrow his phone charger for an entire day so I wouldn't have to spend 20$ to buy a new one!nThat my friends is the type of customer service that so scarce nowadays! And deserving of 5 stars! Wish I could have enjoyed thier flashy lounge but it was closed due to Covid.
