Just spoke with Will, on of the repair specialists. Extremely patient. I am just getting into bike maintenance, so my knowledge of the parts is limited, have just done rebuild on my back and front suspension and was working to replace the BB. Having some trouble, in addition bottom brackets are complex. He explained everything to me over the phone, was patient and very helpful. Saved me a ton of time and nice guy. I will use them as back up in the future for anything I can't do myself.

Bought my brand new Tarmac from these guys. These guys have helped me all the way and are always super friendly. And personable as well. I’m kind of a newb but they don’t discriminate. They just want people to be excited about their passion. That’s just the way it should be.

Mike's Bikes has been my family's go to bike repair shop for years. Mike's offers tiered tune-up services and maintenance plans. Mike's sells a vast array of bicycles for every skill level. I took my son's bike in for repair recently. Mike's is limiting customer occupancy to 21 guests(if I remember correctly) at a time and 1 customer at the tech counter at a time. Masks are to be worn but you knew that already.

I brought my specialized road bike in to have almost $200 worth of work done on it. First the mechanic over torque the pedals to where I couldn't even take them off myself, and I'm a contractor, been through many situations. When I got to the shop today on September 13th, the young man employee Caucasian dark hair started arguing with me about the size of tire that I bought from him for my front tire which it was way too big period after spending 7 minutes of him trying to belittle me of how to put a tire on, I asked for the manager. the manager came a female Caucasian and was covering up for the other man's poor quality unprofessionalism, we spent another 10 minutes arguing about professionalism and how to treat older Hispanic men with respect. I'm not sure if they get it but I honestly suggest go to somewhere else for a respectful treatment
