I’d suggest going someplace with a little more customer service. I wanted to give my locally owned bike shop the business of tuning up my road bike and possibly buying a newer one that’s updated.nI rode my bike over her today with the hopes of talking to somebody about a simple tuneup and got here to find a sign on the door of how to “make an appointment”. I called the number on the door with no answer so I waited for a second for somebody to exit the shop as there’s only one person allowed in at a time. I asked if they had any appointments today. He responded “no, not this very second, we generally only take appointments on Tuesday’s”. I responded “do you know of any other shops in town who would be able to help me as I just need to quickly drop off my bike that’s in need of a simple tuneup” and the response was “no”.nApparently they’re so swamped that they don’t need business.

This is a fantastic bike shop! The owner is a down to earth guy who has tons of experience and lots of enthusiasm for riding. If you are looking for a well made used bike, a novelty bike accessory or part, or just some legit feedback and advice, this is the place! If you are a bike lover in general, this place is well worth a trip.....My new favorite bike shop!!
