Finding parts has been extremely difficult this last year(due to higher demand & manufacturing delays), but thankfully the team here has found me what I needed to keep my bike rolling(specifically a wheel set for my Tarmac). TERRIBLE experience, rude AGGRESSIVE customer service, Price mark up and poor workmanship!nI had my front wheel replaced and I got a quote from the shop for $105. When I came back to pick up the tire the shop was empty with no customers. I entered the shop with my mask on and the person at the front was having issues with me entering the shop to complete my purchase, I told him I got a call to come and pick up my new wheelnI went to the service cashier where the little creep followed me to ask me what I am doing inside the store. I again politely told the guy I was called to complete a purchase, the little creep starting getting aggressive and getting closer into my personal space, I told him he needs to back off.nI picked up my new wheel and now the price was $140 a serious mark up! The tech explained the disc brakes were added on because the old ones could not be swapped and my good tube was replaced and I asked why a good tube was replaced and he said nothing.nThe new tube had a flat and my replacement schrader type tubes were slightly different and did not quite fit into the rim, now I knew why he changed to an uncommon type schrader valve tube. I now had to drill out the wheel ever so slightly so a NORMAL schrader type tube could fit. After replacing the tube I immediately had another flat and realized the tech left some hard plastic in the tire cutting my tubes. looks like it might be a a broken off piece of tooling?
