I don't know what's going on at this place. Went here with a friend to return an item, they gave him a refund on a receipt, very odd, so he let me use it to replace my sunglasses I lost. The lady rings me up and then scans the receipt and says I can't use it. What the hell? You people just refunded him 3 minutes ago, literally, and I can't use it. They were so confused, as were we, saying it was a different care card used and it won't work. Even asked us to step aside to help other customers and then called the manager. The cashier needs some customer service training because she was rude. The manager was much nicer and eventually she figured it out but it took a good 30 minutes of our time. Get it together people.

I am so happy that I don't have to drive to Fresno or Clovis to go to the CVS. Every time I go here people are very friendly and helpful.

Manager was extremely unhelpful and rude. Would not return a $30 SD disc without receipt because in his words “I’m the manager, it’s my discretion and I’m not going to.

CVS corporate should fire all the staff here. Rude and definitely annoyed with every customer that comes in. If you go must go in don't be upset with them your the dummy who went in.nAvoid using this place at all cost if they don't make money maybe they will be forced to hire people not mind dead haters. If you don't like your job don't take out on your customers.

This CVS location is always clean, well organized and the associates friendly and helpful. The pharmacy services are also excellent.
